    VANRATH is excited to collaborate with a leading global law firm in their hunt for an IT Service Desk Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for managing, diagnosing, and addressing incidents and work orders efficiently, aiming to resolve them promptly or escalating to the relevant team as necessary. This is a hybrid role located in Belfast with a 2/3 day split arrangement. The work hours are between 8am - 6pm on a rotational basis from Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve IT related queries via phone and email
    • Log & track incidents on internal portal
    • Meet SLA targets
    • Escalate incidents to senior staff if required

    Required Experience:

    • 1+ years of experience in an IT support role
    • IT related degree or ITIL foundation certification
    • Experience with Azure, Office 365, & other Microsoft platforms
