    Job Description

    We are on the search for Workpack Engineers both Mechanical and Electrical to support with the SeaRose FPSO project.

    Workpack Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop comprehensive workpacks for mechanical and electrical systems onboard FPSOs. This includes defining scopes of work, establishing schedules, and outlining resource requirements.

    Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analyses and reviews of mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Identify potential design improvements and optimisation opportunities.

    Resource Planning: Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support mechanical workpack execution. Ensure alignment with project schedules and budgetary constraints.

    Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment, materials, and services required for mechanical workpacks. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

    Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement QA/QC processes to ensure that mechanical workpacks meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with engineering specifications and industry best practices.

    Risk Management: Identify potential risks and hazards associated with mechanical activities onboard FPSOs. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure safe project execution.

    Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all mechanical workpack activities, including engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. Generate progress reports and performance metrics to track project milestones and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

    HSE Compliance: Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all mechanical workpack activities are conducted in accordance with applicable HSE policies and procedures
