Telford
£10.90 per hour
Monday to Friday
Full-time & Part-time (20+ hours) opportunities available
Temp to 12-month FTC
Tate continue to work in partnership with the
Phoenix Group, looking after the ReAssure Customers to identify both full and part time individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, to join their existing teams in Telford.

As you begin your journey as a Customer Service Representative, you can expect a strong induction into the
Phoenix Group with a classroom-based training period to give you a good understanding of our Life and Pensions products and how to navigate our systems.
As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service through engaging and professional conversations, whilst carefully managing customer expectations.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Have a good level of computer proficiency
- Be comfortable working as part of a team
