- Define and lead key engineering best practices within the workstream
- Promote and cultivate a DevOps culture to enhance collaboration and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define a strategic plan to tackle the technical debt
- Manage and optimise engineering teams within the workstream structure
- Ensure platform stability is maintained throughout
- Encourage learning activities and provide support for internal and external training initiatives
- Understand key reporting for tracking, process improvements, and progress
Skill Requirements: - Extensive experience in leading engineering teams within a technology-focused organisation
- Strong understanding of engineering best practices with C# .NET platforms
- Experience implementing a DevOps culture including CI/CD best practices
- Proficiency in defining and implementing software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent ability to ensure QA across the platform
- Knowledge of developing platforms hosted in Cloud environments (AWS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation
