You will be leading projects using Agile methodologies and be responsible for facilitating effective communication, fostering collaboration among team members, and ensuring projects align with customer needs and organisational goals.
You will play a vital role in adapting plans, addressing issues promptly, and motivating the team to achieve high performance and meet projectobjectives.
Ensure good communication and collaboration among team members to ensure smooth project execution.Delivery:
Oversee the progress of projects and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.
Ensure that projects align with customer needs and company goals.
Adaptability:
plan and re-evaluate project goals and timelines based on feedback and changing requirements.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and meet project objectives.
Prior experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Agile Knowledge:
Has in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Organisational and time management:
Leadership: Proven experience at motivating and inspiring team members to achieve high performance.
Qualifications:
Preferably certified in Agile methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Tools:
Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, Zoho Projects or Asana.
