Investment Operations Administrator:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience working with Investments? We're looking for someone who is organised and able to work efficiently under pressure to join one of the teams in our Investment Operations Department.

Role specific details

An example of the tasks you may be involved in:

Trade settlement in multiple currencies across international markets
Preparing documents and processing stock transfers
Processing multicurrency distributed income payments (cash dividends)
Management fees and commission processing
Journal input and foreign exchange transactions
Standing data input and reviews
Multicurrency cash and stock reconciliation
Entitlements reconciliation
Maintain pricing of asset universe
Journal input and foreign exchange instructions
Investigating and rectifying asset reconciliation items
Ensure procedures are kept up to date, as appropriate
Ensure that any queries received are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner keeping in regular communication with clients/relationship managers and updating them with regard to latest developments and progress towards the resolution of queries, escalating where appropriate
Safeguarding client assets by ensuring client asset rules are followed for all appropriate jurisdictions
