My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices across Kent who I have met and placed 6 members of staff with. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Sussex, Kent and London. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 1000 clients with assets ranging from £100k - £5m. The business offers advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections (both personal and business) and some esoteric schemes such as VTC & EIS schemes. They have very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices who ref business to them and the advisers are not targeted with new business figures as they have such a strong belief in ensuring clients received the bets service rather than stacking up AUM.
The business has won numerous awards and is very engaged in the local community events and are advocates of many charitable causes. They place exceptional client service and satisfaction at the top of their priorities resulting in a very high rate of client retention with some relations stretch back over 20 years. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of pooled Administrators & Paraplanners across 2 offices who are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams. The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a Chartered Financial Planner who will be responsible for managing a portion of their existing client bank who are primarily Kent based. The role will be suitable for an adviser with a minimum of 5 years of advising experience within an independent wealth planning firm and can work with complex cases and HNW clients.
