Learning & Development Manager - London - £55,000pa.
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the company's L&D strategy.

You will take the lead on the execution of a leaning and development agenda focused on meeting the business needs and driving performance.

You will be a strong communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

You will have experience of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders across a range of levels and of managing external suppliers.

You will be a motivated,self-starter who possesses strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously, to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for championing our learning and development strategy and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Ensure and coordinate the successful delivery of the learning directory, consistently reviewing and updating our learning programmes to drive continuous improvement, and provide a best in class learning and development offering
