Job Title:
Accounts Assistant - Orders.


Location:
Bradford, UK.


Salary:
£20,000 To £24,000 depending upon experience.


Job Type:
Permanent, Full-Time.


The Role:

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market.

With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.


Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health, and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

Key Duties:


  • Ensure all sales orders are processed on time with the relevant documentation and in line with policies.
  • Checking stock quantities to ensure orders can be filled.
  • Liaise with Sales & Logistics departments to resolve any issues.
  • Credit control supporting UK by staff ensuring credit limits/payment terms are adhered to, dealing with account reconciliations, bringing issues on customer accounts to the attention of immediate Manager.
  • Providing weekly reports on sales and profit margins.
  • Provide support to payments team as required. Admin duties, including printing, filing.
  • To carry out other duties dedicated by the requirements of the business.

About you:


  • 23 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Sage50 and / or Sage 200 essential.
  • Knowledge of Linnworks or other ecommerce platform or CRM systems desirable.
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Administrative skills.
