Lead People Partner – Delivery & Tech
12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
£90,000

A B2B SaaS (Series E) deep-tech scaleup are looking for a Lead People Partner to sit within their already strong People & Talent team, working strategically with their Chief Services Officer and Head of People.

This role will business partner with the Delivery side of the company, working strategically with project managers, technical architects, data scientists.

You will be leading and implementing the global people strategy for the next couple of years. Managing a team of 3.

This role will be fast-paced and needs someone who is a high achiever, confident working with senior stakeholders and not afraid to push back and share ideas.
