    Position Overview:

    As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving organisational success.

    You will lead the HR function, implementing strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.


    Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.

    Talent Acquisition:
    Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in genetics, biotechnology, and related fields


    Employee Engagement:
    Champion a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being


    Performance Management:
    Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans. Provide coaching and support to managers to drive employee performance and development.

    Learning and Development:
    Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify learning opportunities and career paths to support employee growth and development.

    HR Operations:
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
    Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues


    Change Management:
    Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
    Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry preferred.
    Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
