- Perform testing, repair, and overhaul of various hydraulic aviation components following original manufacturer manuals and instructions.
- Maintain and uphold quality standards and procedures.
- Establish and sustain a legally compliant and safe working environment.
- Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to support customer estimate creation by the purchasing and commercial departments.
- Assist in bringing in new capabilities and researching improved ways to reduce costs and turnaround time.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety requirements are met.
- Understand and meet customer needs consistently.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Company.
- Understanding of the requirements for delivering maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components in accordance with EASA Pt 145 regulatory requirements.
- Background in a hydraulic aviation environment essential, with previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Experience with both Skydrol and hydraulic oil rigs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business systems and procedures.
- Ability to interpret manuals and accurately record inspection findings.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Safetyconscious with a high level of attention to detail
