    Contribute to RWE/OR and PRO strategy and planning, leading on agreed projects in Fabry and Pompe diseases which could include post hoc analysis, retrospective data analysis, and post launch evidence evaluation, as part of delivering our integrated cross-functional evidence development plan.

    Represent the market access and HEOR function in cross-functional strategy and planning activities to ensure payer and 'paid for' patients' perspectives are understood
    Be a key contributor to assessment or patient reported outcomes data and development of payer and patient-relevant measures and instruments
    Support international and local market access teams on global HTA dossier submissions that require RWE/OR inputs

    Prepare analysis and execute publications for congresses and journals as part of a team dedicated to disseminating health economics and outcomes research, working with internal and external authors.

    At least 3 years previous experience in commercial biotech/pharma sector with exposure planning, generating and evaluating international real world evidence and patient reported outcomes studies which could include outcomes research, claims information, registries and other studies.

    Demonstrated ability to leverage this evidence into health technology assessment processes and submissions
    Experience handling RWE and PRO data and associated statistical techniques relevant for HTA
    Strong understanding of clinical trials and regulatory processes involving real world data collection such as registries and observational studies
    Experienced in project management, qualitative and quantitative outcomes research methods, post hoc and prospective statistical analysis.
    Able to prepare high quality presentations and present confidently to peers
    Able to operate with autonomy and quickly assume responsibility for projects
    Self-motivation and efficiency, with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to prioritise and support multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
    Ability to operate cross functionally including with regulatory, clinical development and medical teams
    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Available to travel internationally as required by the needs of the business
    pharmacy or similar ideally with post graduate qualification in relevant areas such as health economics, medical statistics, outcomes research or public health
