Our client, a well-established and international US Law Firm is seeking an IT Graduate to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client is looking to add an enthusiastic IT Graduate to their London-based team, where you will be working closely with the IT Manager in supporting the London team as well as providing remote support to other offices across Europe.

This is a rare opportunity for a recent IT Graduate with a minimum of 1 years' experience to join a thriving business where you will gain exceptional exposure in a first-class environment, with full training on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the IT Manager to provide a high level of onsite and remote support for users
Be the first point of contact for all technical queries
Build relationships with stakeholders within the business
Provide a high level of technical support to all users, with the ability to outline technical faults and problems in a nontechnical manner
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
Work closely on both BAU daytoday tasks and project work

Key Experience:

A 2:1 or higher in a Computer Science / ITrelated degree OR a minimum of 1 years' experience in an IT role
A keen and genuine interest in IT
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Active Directory Administration
Troubleshoot basic networking issues, server administration
Strong experience with Windows OS
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service at all times
Experience of studying or enhancing your IT knowledge in your own time would be advantageous
