I'm currently supporting a B2B business who are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Manager.

This is an SME who are a close knit, entrepreneurial team, with a culture where they listen to their employees, value their opinions and always open to hearingidea's of how to improve.


This role would suit a Sales & Marketing Manager who is highly adaptable, hands on and flexible to their approach and thinking.


Typical accountabilities:

  • Support seller network (customers) with marketing collateral
  • Manage sales team and external stakeholders (agencies etc)
  • Reporting and analysis on performance, including data driven insights for recommendations of improvements
  • Budget management
  • Market research and analysis to ensure staying ahead of competitors and current marketing trends

Skills:


  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • B2B experience essential
  • Strong communicator, team player and relationship builder
