    My client, a leading tech compnay, is looking for a Client Solutions Product Manager.

    As a Client Solutions Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of client-focused solutions within our organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client empathy, and product management expertise to drive the successful delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

    YOU MUST HAVE PAYMENTS/PAYMENT GATEWAY KNOWLEDGE

    Responsibilities:

    1. Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client pain points, requirements, and objectives. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other relevant teams to gather insights and feedback from clients.
    2. Solution Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, design, and marketing to conceptualize, develop, and iterate on client solutions. Define product requirements, features, and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
    3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on priorities, gather input, and ensure seamless communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
    4. Project Management: Drive the execution of client solutions from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and track progress.
    5. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related inquiries, feedback, and support requests. Engage with clients proactively to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for product enhancements or new solutions.
    6. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of client solutions. Analyze data and feedback to continuously optimize and improve product offerings.
    7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in client solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
    • Strong understanding of client relationship management and experience working directly with clients.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure success.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
