- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client pain points, requirements, and objectives. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other relevant teams to gather insights and feedback from clients.
- Solution Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, design, and marketing to conceptualize, develop, and iterate on client solutions. Define product requirements, features, and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on priorities, gather input, and ensure seamless communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Project Management: Drive the execution of client solutions from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and track progress.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related inquiries, feedback, and support requests. Engage with clients proactively to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for product enhancements or new solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of client solutions. Analyze data and feedback to continuously optimize and improve product offerings.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in client solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and experience working directly with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
