Description

Permanent Technical Supervisor required for leading Construction Company based on the outskirts of Lisburn.

Job Purpose:

The Technical Supervisor will contribute to the growth and success of the UKAS accredited labs and testing of constructions materials.

Duties will include:

Empower the Technical Manager with accreditation and quality support
Drive collaboration between production, contracting, and sales for efficient mix designs
Lead and manage lab/site staff, ensuring precise reporting
Demonstrate excellence during internal and external audits
Monitor material production and tackle challenges with innovative solutions

Essential Criteria:

A-Level education or equivalent
3+ years of proven supervisory success in the construction industry
Expertise in accreditation standards (BS, ISO, NRA)
Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Valid driving license for fulfilling duties

Role-Specific Skills/Knowledge:

Problem analysis, compliance, stress tolerance, interpersonal skills, detail handling, planning and organising, and maintaining high work standards.

Salary:
Excellent, depending on experience.
