    Our Sales Engineer Development Programme:

    We're looking for passionate, forward-thinking individuals to join our new Sales Engineer Development Programme, who we can develop to be our Sales Engineers of the future.

    As participant in this programme, you will be part of a committed, innovative, and inclusive team. You will be at the forefront of our mission to engineer a more sustainable world. This role is not just about sales; it's about finding innovative solutions that help our customers reduce their environmental impact, improve efficiency, and reduce cost.

    Over the two-year programme, you'll have the opportunity to work through a series of placements in multiple departments, shadow experts and meet customers. Your programme will be carefully structured to ensure you are given the best possible opportunity to learn and grow quickly, allowing you to accelerate your own career.

    You will also complete an RVQ3 in Sales, with an external partner, whilst carrying out carefully designed in-house training across multiple topics from product knowledge to sales process.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    ·Ensure completion of the Sales Engineer Development Programme, achieving the objectives of each placement and satisfying the ongoing development requirements.

    ·Build your specialist product, application, technology, and industry knowledge, through working with our technical experts, so that you can understand customer needs and resolve their challenges.

    ·Grow your network internally and build strong external customer relationships, so that by the end of the programme you are ready to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact.

    ·Aim high, bringing brilliant levels self-management and motivation, working with our proven sales processes and tools, to over-achieve sales targets and goals.

    Requirements:

    ·A minimum of 4x GCSEs (including Maths & English at grade C/4)

    ·Further Education qualification (eg BTEC/NVQ/A Level)

    ·Eligibility to work permanently within the UK without requiring a visa.

    ·A Full UK drivers' licence (or working towards this)

    ·The desire to work in a high-pressure environment with a self-starter attitude and openness to feedback.

    ·A willingness to travel (and potentially relocate in the future)

    ·An insatiable curiosity and a drive to meet new people, learn, and make a positive impact on the world.
