Kings Estates are looking for a Negotiator to join the team of our successful Estate Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.
To qualify tenants and buyers for suitable properties
Actively generate new Landlords and grow portfolio
To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.
Organise available stock and ensure listings are up to date
Actively canvass the local area

We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated individual wanting to prove themselves in this competitive industry. You must be approachable and friendly.

No industry experience is required.

We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00.

We work 6 and 5 day weeks with alternate Saturdays.

£25,000.00 Salary Per annum plus uncapped commission

Car and Business Insurance Required.
