ParalegalBegin reviewing standard contract terms - understanding the various loan framework agreements and due diligence with regards to BoE legal features such as governing law/domicility of the party and security.
Be the conduit for legal escalations from a nearshore paralegal team who will undertake more detailed Due Dilligence.Manage this escalation through a legal escalation working group with business and legal reps from the bank to recommend and log the decisions on any escalations.
