- Experience managing a caseload of residential files, especially Leasehold properties

I am recruiting for a top West End law firm who are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Central London. My client is a large multi-service law firm, representing HNW and UHNW clients. The role requires the successful candidate to work on prime London real estate transactions worth up to £100million for HNW and UHNW clients. The team work on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.
This is an excellent opportunity for junior Solicitors looking for a role that offers development and the ability to work alongside some of the best Solicitors in the profession.
