Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operatives to join our clients manufacturing site based within the Blackwood area.

Candidates will be required to have prior experience working within the production / manufacturing industry.*These positions are to start immediately.

Duties will include:

Operating a range of production machinery / equipment and monitoring process start to finish

• Aspects of manual handling whilst loading / unloading production machinery with material and finished product
• Packing of finished product whilst assessing the overall quality is to company standard
• Working within a process driven environment to production KPI's and targets.
• Overseeing full production process from start to finish.
• Setting production machinery, ensuring machines are running to optimum capacity.The desired candidates will have:
• Be able to work to KPI's & production schedules.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience operating production machinery.
• Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.Hours of work include:Monday – Friday on a 3 shift rotational pattern consisting of Days, Nights & Afternoons. Early finish on Fridays for each shift.
• Days – 06:00am – 14:00pm
• Afternoons – 14:00pm – 22:00pm
• Nights 22:00pm – 06:00am
