Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Salary - £80k- £100k

Role - Permanent

Job Description:

Overview: As the CISO, you will lead our cybersecurity strategy, overseeing security operations, risk management, compliance, and incident response.

OT and IoT is must to have.

Responsibilities:

1. Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement our cybersecurity strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulations.
2. Security Operations: Manage day-to-day security operations, including SIEM implementation (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel) for threat detection and response.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks to our information assets, systems, and networks.
4. Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
5. Incident Response: Lead incident response and crisis management efforts during cybersecurity incidents or breaches.
6. Policy Development: Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM).
• 10 years of proven experience in senior cybersecurity leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
