    Structural Analysis Engineer - StressARCA Resourcing is exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding engineering business that is disrupting the market with it's cutting-edge technology and product.

    The team is currently ~50 people and mainly consists of engineers (Mechanical, Systems, Simulation, Electrical etc.) but there is now a need to bring in an additional Structural Analysis Engineer who will work very closely with designers and simulation & control engineers.

    You will evaluate potential structural solutions by analysing data such as bandwidth requirements, loads, and accelerations derived from specifications and system models.

    Additionally, you will investigate structural capabilities, sensitivities, and optimisation opportunities.

    You will be someone with the desire to reach new solutions and the understanding that getting there is likely to be challenging.


    About you:
    Proficiency in conducting both static and dynamic non-linear structural analysis, with a solid understanding of explicit analysis methods.
    Thorough knowledge of applied physics and engineering fundamentals, coupled with familiarity with multi-body dynamics analysis.
    Previous experience utilising FEA tools for structural problem analysis.
    The ability to identify and specify experiments & tests to verify and validate your methods.


    2:1 honours degree and 3 or more A-level grades at or above AAB or equivalent with subjects including maths and physics.

    This is a permanent position and is based out of Bristol with hybrid working available.
