Are you looking for an exciting role supporting clinical colleagues in the Trust? This role is a real opportunity to make a difference to the workforce and service users.
The Staffing Team is responsible for the effective deployment of our flexible workforce across the Trust and this is a key role, being the first point of contact for our flexi workers, staff, agencies and managers.
The service operates from 06:30 - 20:30 hours, 7 days per week with a set shift pattern to ensure the perfect work/life balance.
We'll provide you with full training on our internal systems but are looking for applicants who have experience working in a busy, fast moving team, with excellent organisational skills.
Main duties of the job:
Working in the Workforce Resourcing service you will work as part of the Staffing Team and be responsible for promoting a professional customer focussed service at all times.
As part of the Staffing Team to ensure the bookings process for the staffing cover from the centralised roster service, flexi staff, flexi workers and additional external resource.
The Staffing Team link in with clinical colleagues on a daily basis to ensure that staffing gaps are covered and the teams are prepared to care for our patients.
