Description
My Not-for-profit client is looking for an interim Helpdesk Manager.This role is based onsite in their Greenwich location.
Offering up to £350/day Inside IR35 for the duration of the 3-month contract, you will need the following experience;
Essential
- Previous experience in a helpdesk management role
- Timely and effective responses
- Creating customer help documentation & user guides
- Previous experience with Vendor Management
- Experience in the notforprofit, entertainment or education sector is desirable
