Description
My Not-for-profit client is looking for an interim Helpdesk Manager.
This role is based onsite in their Greenwich location.
Offering up to £350/day Inside IR35 for the duration of the 3-month contract, you will need the following experience;
Essential

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk management role
  • Timely and effective responses
  • Creating customer help documentation & user guides
Desirable

  • Previous experience with Vendor Management
  • Experience in the notforprofit, entertainment or education sector is desirable
