We are an Apartments Hotel with a simple mission: to provide clean, spacious, modern rooms at affordable prices for short-term rental.
While our mission has not changed, our occupancy rates have steadily grown and are now consistent with some of the most established hotels in London.
We have many new and returning customers every week of the year, which is something we strive to maintain.This role is as per below:
Hotel Receptionist:
- Greeting guests as they come in, managing the checkin and checkout process (guest bookings and reservations).
- Answering questions and requests from guests and catering to their needs.
- Administrative tasks at the front desk such as scan and sending post to the main office, charging prepaid bookings, registering new booking on the system, purchasing/ordering lining and cleaning materials and sending daily/weekly report to the main office, including maintenance list when and where needed.
The satisfaction and comfort of each guest are our top priority, and the hotel receptionist's attitude and behaviour should reflect that at all times.
Key Requirements:
- The ability to communicate well both in spoken and written English
- Good telephone manners and a wellgroomed appearance
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Working days and time
56 days a week, 09:00 22:00 - Split Shift.
- Experience in "Room Master" or Similar software of reservation system is preferable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel is absolutely necessary.
