Real Estate Investment & Asset Manager are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to assist with new acquisitions for a real estate fund targeting UK logistics real estate investments.

Due to an increase in deal flow and pipeline the team are now looking to add further resources. The role will offer an excellent opportunity to grow/and to take on relatively high levels of responsibility.

The role will be based in London and may require occasional travel across the UK to the subject sites and development projects.

The role will be based in London and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•\tInitial screening of investment opportunities - commercial and financial analysis

•\tDetailed and extensive cash flow modelling

•\tDrafting investment committee memos

•\tAnalysing Data Sets

•\tCoordinating and managing third-party advisors

•\tAssisting with deal execution

•\tHelping to source debt finance for assets

•\tMaintaining up to date research of the Company

•\tAssisting with the drafting of monthly/quarterly investor reports

•\tAd-hoc research and keeping research database up-to-date

Required Qualifications:

•\tStrong analytical and quantitative skills as demonstrated through excellence in academic qualifications
•

•\t1 to 4 years of relevant experience (real estate, investment banking, investment)

•\tStrong computer and modelling skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ARGUS)

•\tStrong organizational and analytical skills

•\tExcellent communication skills - both written and oral

•\tAbility work under tight deadlines independently and

•\tAbility to manage multiple work streams/projects simultaneously

•\tA background in the Real Estate sector. Ideally from a fund/investment banking team specialising in this sector

•\tA genuine interest and passion for Real Estate and the desire to progress and grow within the company.
