- Work across mixed rural property portfolios, including agricultural, residential & commercial properties. As well as natural capital, forestry, and sporting rights
- Advise on a wide variety of land transactions
- Carry out property appraisals and RICS Red book valuations
- Review, advise, and negotiate on renewable energy opportunities
- Provide wide-ranging input for a variety of private & public clients on all aspects of modern land management
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £48,000 pa (negotiable depending on experience)
