    Job summary

    Anexciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people,building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to ourpatients.

    The focusof the role is working on our reception, being the first point of contact forour patients. You will be responsible for meeting patients, taking inbound andmaking outbound calls to patients about their appointments. You will performadministration duties as they arise whilst following processes and procedures.

    Main duties of the job

    Meet & greet patients

    Support patients and be first point ofcontact

    To maintain high standards of patientcare at all times, responding sensitively to patients who are emotional and/ordistressed

    To provide advice to patients about theservices we provide which are available to them.

    To use communication skills includingempathy, tact and reassurance in handling all call

    To maintain a robust approach to dataquality and patient confidentiality
