    Senior Analyst /Junior Associate – Infrastructure Team

    The Business

    My client is a leading mid-market investment bank that provides M&A,ECM & Debt Advice to their clients in the UK & Europe.

    Thebank has recently hired a highly respected senior investment bankingprofessional with a proven track record of originating, executing andmanaging mid-market infrastructure and renewable projects.

    The Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of anentrepreneurial and exciting team at either the Senior Analyst orJunior Associate level with 3 – 4 years of Corporate Finance orFinancial Modelling experience.

    You will be someone who wantsto be at the heart of the transaction, working on the deal rather thanbriefing someone else. An experience in infrastructure, utilities orenergy from an investment bank, or project finance firm would beadvantageous, along with deep knowledge and familiarity of financialproject modelling which is key to this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Producing company valuations, financialmodelling, preparation of materials for both client and internalpresentation
    • Attending client meetings and presentations,preparing financial requests from clients and work with third partyadvisors
    • Analysis for investment opportunities by market,segment or sector.
    • Preparation of statistical analysis offund performance.
    • Work as a team to get the requiredresults

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 3-4 years relevant work experience within M&A or ProjectFinance or from a modelling team or similar discipline
    • Outstanding M&A skills developed in either a product or sector team
    • Proven deal execution experience with excellent clientpresentation (must be demonstrated with a deal sheet)
    • Excellent quantitative skills with highly developed financialmodelling skills.
    • Self-starter with a pro-active attitudetowards the responsibilities assigned.
    • A team player who isflexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level ofperformance in demanding/time-sensitive initiatives
