Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Rota Saturdays 9.00am - 3.30pm


Our client is a large, independent estate agency brand with a wide network of branches, which make them market leaders across the Midlands for Sales, Lettings & Management.


Due to continued investment, including a large scale office refurbishment, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their Bournville team.


The successful individual will have strong negotiation, ideally some valuation experience (though training can be provided for the right individual) and ideally knowledge of the local areas.

Following their continued success and further investment, our client is experiencing high volumes of business across the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing your own diary to satisfy customers' needs.
  • Undertaking Market Appraisals.
  • Upselling Conveyancing and Mortgage Services
  • Selling the benefits of the Traditional Estate Agency approach.
  • Generating new leads through marketing and networking.

Requirements:


  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Local Area Knowledge.
  • Sales Valuation Experience.
