    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    A Trainer for the Franchise department will work closely with the Operations Manager and Franchise Director to give our franchise partners and their teams the best chance of success upon opening the sites and ongoing operational training support.

    The Trainer will be working across a variety of brands from our portfolio including SoBe Burger, Little Bao Boy and Ivan Ramen.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?
    • You will frequently travel across the UK to reach franchise locations

    • You'll be working across a portfolio of different brands and cuisines

    • You will deliver brand training sessions to the kitchen teams as well as follow up training where needed

    • You will deliver front of house and customer service training to the franchise teams including best practice and if appropriate, steps of service.

    • You'll train on not just the food, but the technology as well and help franchisees and their teams understand the success metrics

    • You will also assist the Operations Manager in their auditing of sites against our company standards and site KPIs.

    • You'll work very closely with the Franchise Project Manager to plan appropriate training sessions.

    • Support with creation of COGS, playbooks, par levels and supply chain sourcing when required

    • Ensure food is prepared to the highest standard and in line with brand specifications

    • Manage purchasing, delivery and stock to ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for both training and launch of brands

    • To understand and comply with statutory health, hygiene, safety, quality standards and more such as COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with these standards

    • To support the sessions operations and wider teams where required

    • Any other reasonable requirements
    • REQUIRMENTS:

    • Experience in training within the hospitality/QSR sector
    • Experience with new openings
    • Highly organised and high standards
    • Confident with building professional relationships quickly
    • Enjoy travelling across the UK and accept that on occasion there may be a need to work evening, weekends or a flexible rota schedule
    • Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
    • Expert level of English language
    • Right to work in the UK
