An internationally acclaimed professional and awarding body are recruiting an Assurance Officer to manage a portfolio of approved training providers, ensuring they comply with quality criteria for learning providers and certified courses.

This is a permanent, full time role and offers mostly home based/remote working. You can expect to be in the office twice a month in central London. Other benefits include flexible working hours, pension scheme, training and development and work equipment provided.

As the Assurance Officer, you will use your ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to provide strong customer service to Technical Assessors, Training Providers and others by handling queries and quality issues promptly.

Ideally, you will have experience in a training, quality assurance or assessment role with an awarding, professional or regulatory body.

This experience will be advantageous in order to take ownership for your development and to keep up to date with trends in Quality/Auditing and the learning and development sector in order to produce performance reports, agree action plans and assurance interventions, as well as address quality issues arising from delegate feedback.
