Have experience of leading middle office teams and ideally understand the on platform MPS market.
You will have managed programmes of change across a large business area.

Experienced in managing stakeholders and issue resolution.


You will have experience in producing excellent reporting material for board members and successfully managing numerous parties across the business.

Be a pragmatic and engaging person who can manage many different stakeholders in a business that is growing.


Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the COO
  • Performance manage the middle office team
  • Manage and prioritize the middle office workload
  • Owner of the Business Plan
  • Manage and implement a programme of business improvement to ensure objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder management of key third parties including Chair of the Platform governance meetings including managing the risks and issue resolution.
  • Ensuring timely production of the business services oversight MI and managing to completion any actions required.
  • BAU support to Business stakeholders as required
  • Ownership of the quarterly board packs
