Our client is a well-established national law firm. They have a fantastic reputation within the healthcare sector and are looking for an Inquests Solicitor to join their expanding Manchester team. They have an enviable client base, from NHS Trusts to private healthcare providers and cover inquests, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals and other regulatory challenges; including advising on and defending prosecutions by Care Quality Commission and providing advice on a wide range of other health and care issues such as consent and confidentiality, capacity and best interests and discharge processes.
Description
As an Inquests solicitor your duties will include managing a caseload of inquest files for various NHS clients, care homes and other organisations, and possibly some of the broader healthcare advisory work. Duties will include:
Profile
A successful Inquests Solicitor should have between 3-7 PQE in Inquests work. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
