Our Client a very busy contractor require a BIM Manager to work on commercial, life sciences and datacentre projects in Central London The desired individual will be suitably qualified with excellent IT skills - particularly Revit, Navis Word, Excel, Fabrication MEP and with experience and detailed knowledge of the Project BIM Manager role with the ability to plan and program works effectively, while working using own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities will include leading Project BIM coordinators and managing workloads of the Revit Technicians, liaising and coordinating with Engineers, Design Teams and 3rd party contractors, working with the BIM Manager to develop the project program and BIM delivery strategy.

You will also Chair Weekly Coordination Meetings and Breakout Workshops with Engineers, Design Teams and 3rd party contractors, compiling minutes and action items from this sessions and follow-up.

You will also be responsible for implementing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards, and specific plans for each project, maintain Project BIM Implementation Plan (BIP) and ensure compliance within the team and manage Master Revit MEP Model while managing the production of weekly Updates of the Navisworks Model and issue Clash Detection.
