***Under direction of a Senior Specialist Quality Control, perform QC checks in Inventory, and/or Despatch, to provide the required levels of support and service to operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve material specifications
QC Inventory Inspection and release of incoming materials
QC Despatch 1st QC and Final QC Inspection
Train and develop QC personnel
Maintain compliance with GMP, HSE, Quality Programme
Develop Continuous Improvements
Generate and update documentation
Investigates and report on external and internal nonconformances
Any other duties assigned by management

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

GCSE level or equivalent

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

Related experience in pharmaceutical GMP
Experience of working in Clinical Trials quality/packaging/distribution
Able to work without direct supervision/on own initiative within the remit of this role
A knowledge of cGMP, MHRA,
Support the business development process and ongoing operation.
