About The Role

Who We're Looking For
Key duties of this role include;

  • To develop and present market insights, trends and analysis within the sports partnerships industry to the Head of Partnerships.
  • To regularly track, monitor and support the team in achieving applicable revenue budgets and targets.
  • To manage the departments sponsorship presentation tools (Digideck).
  • To support the Head of Partnerships in developing proposals and presentations for prospective new partners and to support the negotiation process as part of any prospective new deals.
  • For specific designated targets, to lead the process in developing proposals and presentations for prospective new partners and any subsequent commercial negotiations.
  • To oversee the successful delivery of all contractual deliverables/activations of club partners, within specified timelines, in collaboration with other departments within the wider business.
  • To manage the partnership inventory software (Kore) and provide regular weekly reports to the Head of Partnerships.
  • To provide regular reports to the Head of Partnerships in respect of partner servicing operations.
  • To maintain strong daytoday proactive communication and collaboration with the club's existing partners.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record in partnership sales within the sports industry.
  • Proven track record and good knowledge of partner servicing activation.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team.
  • Proven leadership experience, cooperates with others, considers the needs of others and helps others to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Possess strong time management skills and have a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent client service skills with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Outgoing, confident and proactive with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, proactive in managing one's own time, building an understanding of the internal and external environment in order to deliver work in a highly effective and professional manner.
  • Able to communicate to the highest level, listens, interprets and conveys information in a clear and accurate manner, provides timely delivery of information and selects the most appropriate method of communication.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
