Support a charitable organisation that give back to the local community, by showcasing your administration and communication skills whilst working within a small encouraging team

In the role of an Administrator/Bookings Clerk you will be:

  • First point of contact for enquiries, bookings and scheduling appointments
  • Undertaking reception duties including greeting visitors and handling incoming and outgoing post as and when required
  • Administration duties including data handling, filing, note taking, diary management and dealing with correspondence
To be considered for the Administrator/Bookings Clerk job, you must have:

  • Previous administrative experience including reception and customer service
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • IT skills including Microsoft packages


This role is temporary for initially 3 months to cover sabbatical leave on an hourly rate of £10.50 plus holiday pay.

You'll be working full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and is based in Llandudno Junction.
