    Job Description

    As Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for developing the long-term marketing strategy for Nomadic Watches and executing the action steps required to drive the brand forwards. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and positioning in the luxury watch market. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

    Responsibilities:

    · Marketing Strategy: Develop the strategic direction of our marketing efforts in collaboration with the senior leadership team. Create quarterly marketing plans to achieve company goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    · Ads Management: Run integrated marketing campaigns managing Facebook ads, Google ads, and media buying, blending digital and traditional channels. Spilt test copy and creative, monitor KPIs to optimise campaign performance for CTR's, ROAS and CPA.

    • Budget Allocation: Deploy the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact.

    · Events: Plan product launches, promotions, and events, to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

    · Content Direction: Lead the external creative teams, to develop engaging content to nurture and enhance Nomadic's brand identity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and visual representation across all channels including ads, blogs, video, product descriptions, socials and email.

    · Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities within the luxury watch market.

    · Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the CEO on marketing metrics, campaign performance and recommendations.

    · Team Leadership: Manage our internal and external teams, including creative team, copywriters, content agencies, PR, and email marketing team. Hire and develop the internal team around you to support business growth goals.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles.

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within e-commerce of luxury goods. Watch industry experience preferred.

    · Proficient in digital advertising tools, including Meta and Google Ads platforms, content management systems, and analytics software.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, capable of conceptualising innovative marketing campaigns and brand experiences.
    • Analytical mindset, proficient in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to drive informed decision-making.
    • Leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
    • Passion for watches, luxury goods, and lifestyle brands, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and authenticity.
