- Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance.
- Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required.
- Dedicate some hours when required for assistance with general office work and the ordering of supplies and materials.
- Assists, or performs solo when needed, general and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces.
- Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner.
- Oversees and performs the duties associated with jobs, including executing set-up and break-downs are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state.
- Operate company delivery vehicle.
- Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees.
- Full Clean UK driving license
- Engineering & technical knowledge (Hand and Power Tools)
- Forklift Counterbalance or Reach Truck License
- Experience in Facilities/Building Maintenance or General Labouring
