This is an exciting time to join our client as they work on restoration and development of an 'A' list building which will boost and encourage tourism within the area and provide much needed investment to support economic growth.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in new build housing projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
