Gradwell Communications are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join the team.Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity? You will be working with the Technical Support Engineers, providing direct support for all our in-house products.
Flexible working and fantastic benefits available.Our Technical Support Engineers are responsible for providing direct technical support with a customer centric focus. This position will be within our Platform Support Team, focusing on providing support for all our in-house developed products. You'll be well-organised with a great attention to detail, with a passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) along with a keen problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities:
Triage, investigate and resolve technical support requests.
Coordinate support issues between customers and 3rd party vendors.
Communicate appropriately internally and to customers.
Establish best practices throughout the entire technical Contribute to Knowledge Base repository and ensure top quality solutions are available to the team and customers.
Drive ticket resolution within predefined service level agreements.Monitor and manage phone queues.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical support.
Ensure customer service response is timely and accurate.
Contribute to Knowledge Base repository and ensure top quality solutions are available to the team and customers.
Manage and maintain partner relationships as required

Training Provided
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your
employer. Gradwell Communications will provide you with all of the
on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job
learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship
standard, which includes:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship standard
Functional
skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered through Gradwell Communications' dedicated
training provider, Realise.
Realise is an established training provider that's enjoying an
exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late
2020.
