Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing yourself to attract new clients to sell their home with you
  • Generating leads and listing properties for sale
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Keeping uptodate with market trends
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an estate agent or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as a team
  • Familiarity with local property market
  • A valid driving license and access to a car for viewings and valuations
  • Own laptop and mobile phone

Salary:
£10,000.00-£100,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

  • Bathgate, EH47 0QU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
