The role holder will lead a newly created team tasked with improving processes and ways of working as the University strives to become the top modern university in the UK.


You must be able to deliver effective engagement as you will be liaising with various departments and stakeholders, influence culture, co-design processes and ensure that all continuous improvement activities are embedded and aligned to the University of Portsmouth's strategic priorities.


You will be results driven and must have experience of driving and leading sustainable and innovative change projects through to implementation.

You will build strategic relationships, working in collaboration and reporting to the relevant programme boards.

We operate a hybrid working model, this is a campus based role with a degree of remote working. Arrangements to be made with your manager.
