Service Administrator to join our team, this is a 12 month contract.
What will you do?
- Progress Service Quotes from call logging to Service Orders, ensuring the correct team is notified.
- Maintain service management systems as appropriate ensuring that orders are in the correct status, notes are up to date
- Ad hoc Admin tasks and any other reasonable request identified by the Team Leader to meet the changing needs of the business
What You Need to Succeed
- 5 A-C GCSE's or equivalent
- Solid experience in customer service within a customer facing environment
- Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
