We are currently looking for a
Service Administrator to join our team, this is a 12 month contract.

What will you do?

Progress Service Quotes from call logging to Service Orders, ensuring the correct team is notified.
Maintain service management systems as appropriate ensuring that orders are in the correct status, notes are up to date
Ad hoc Admin tasks and any other reasonable request identified by the Team Leader to meet the changing needs of the business

What You Need to Succeed

5 A-C GCSE's or equivalent
Solid experience in customer service within a customer facing environment
Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
