    Description


    Randstad construction and property is looking for a mobile electrician to be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and repairs across multiple site locations in the Ellesmere Port area.

    This role is for a construction firm where you will be providing straightforward solutions to make places safe, smart and better for all your clients

    Responsibilities

    Work in different environments including in confined spaces or high up where you'll need to use ladders and scaffolding
    Leave homes clean and safe and get tenant signatures when you've finished the job
    Report faulty appliances, installations or equipment which do not meet safety regulations
    Trace, diagnose and rectify faults
    Carry out routine safety checks
    Carry out programmed maintenance and servicing
    Repair / replace electrical fittings

    Required Skills

    Driving Licence - Van & Petrol Card provided
    You have served a recognised Electrical apprenticeship and/ or appropriate full electrical qualifications
    Must hold a 18th Edition I.EE
    Own a full set of appropriate tools
    You have experience of working within a social housing environment and understand how the sector improves people's lives (Desirable)
    ECS Gold Card qualification (essential)
    Inspection and Testing qualification (desirable)
