Medito Digital is a Shopify experts agency that has been on the market since 2016. We focus on services such as migrating over to Shopify, designing and developing custom themes and provide our clients with ongoing support. Our client base is spread worldwide with brands in the US, UK and across Europe. We are a boutique and mostly remote agency with around 6 members.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and clients, be proactive in suggesting new solutions & improvements to brands in your portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the technologies in use and products/services that we are offering.

Compensation:

£30,000 - £35,000 a year - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and team members, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
• Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks to team members, managing resources effectively, and ensuring everyone has the necessary support to complete their work.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality of deliverables and ensuring they meet established standards and requirements. This includes testing developments on both Mobile & Desktop to ensure they match the original designs.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
• Team Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and resolving conflicts as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital project management, Shopify agency (ideally), or a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Understanding of technologies such as Shopify tech-stack, Figma, ClickUp, etc.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects. You will need to be super organised.
• Being forward thinking and proactive in the way you approach your work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build project reporting and establish lasting relationships.
• Ability to analyse an e-commerce website and identify opportunities.
• Resilience, drive and a passion to succeed.
• Bonus if you have some knowledge of Klaviyo or SEO.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
