    Occupational Health Manager

    Location/remote:
    Slough/Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)

    Contract length:
    Pay rate: per day PAYE
    Randstad Sourceright, a global provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions, is currently offering a highly desirable opportunity for an Occupational Health professional on a 6 month temporary contract

    Reporting to the UK Associate Health and Wellbeing Lead, an Occupational Health Manager (OHM) will manage the OH needs of the factories and offices they support.

    They will manage OH referrals and case work, oversee health surveillance and new start medicals and partner with factory / site leadership to manage long term sickness and local health topics and issues.

    Functional capability and ill-health retirement assessments (utilising OH Physician if needed).
    Work with site LTs on long term sickness and absence management.
    Work with third parties to deliver other OH services (health surveillance, new starter medicals, physiotherapy etc.).

    Expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and DBT.

    Hands-on experience with SQL database design
    Comprehensive understanding of modern enterprise IT practices, especially system and product integration, micro-services, data management and data lakes.
    DevOps, terraform) and relational database manipulation and interrogation.
